Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, and delivery is free for now. A few destinations may be unavailable. Checkout shows what is available for your address.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free worldwide for now. You will see 0 KES for delivery at checkout. This offer runs until 28 November 2026.
How long will my order take?
Orders leave us within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, expect roughly 2 to 5 business days domestically, 5 to 10 to North America, the UK and the EU, and 8 to 18 to the rest of the world. Drops can take longer to dispatch and we say so on the product page.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Your local customs may charge duties or taxes on delivery. These are not collected by us.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering. After the order is packed we cannot change it.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Limited drop and final sale items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Use the contact page and send your order number and the item. We reply with the steps and return address.
When do I get my refund?
After we receive and check your return, refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days.
My item is wrong or damaged.
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.
